My journey is a blend of diverse experiences that shape my unique training philosophy. With a background in performing arts, along with nearly a decade as a social worker, I understand the importance of inspiring and being inspired. My travels across the globe, from my birthplace in Poland to every continent, have enriched my understanding of the world and its people.
My fitness journey began 30 years ago when swimming helped me recover from a weak heart. This lifesaving experience was just the beginning. I’ve since embraced running, cycling, and team sports like volleyball, water polo, and basketball. Along the way, I faced injuries, including a significant spinal injury, but these challenges taught me an invaluable lesson: never give up, and it’s never too late to start anew.
Holistic Approach to Fitness and Well-being
Years ago, I self-taught myself weight training as a means to heal from a breakup and improve my well-being. This journey led me to a passion for health and body positivity. Today, I specialise in Calisthenics, mobility and bodyweight strength training, drawing inspiration from gymnastics blending physical exercise with meditative practices such as dance and Tai Chi.

My approach goes beyond physical fitness. I believe in a holistic lifestyle that includes eating well, sleeping well, staying hydrated, but most importantly having fun. Together, we will explore ways to balance stress and rest, ensuring you sustain your training and achieve your goals. Accepting and loving your body with all its imperfections is a key component of the journey.
