Calisthenics

Learn solid foundations of body weight training to build strong and injury resistant body. Correct your posture, develop powerful core, strong spine and shoulders to pull and push correctly. Class designed for a small number of participants allowing for individualised approach and progression in your training.  

This is an interactive class including elements of Tai Chi, Yoga and Callisthenics strength training.
